Peaceful Yoga
Welcome, I guide peace-filled Yoga with a heart focus, for anyone just-getting-started to advanced. Yoga as exercise for body and mind offers ~ silence, connection and calm; toning, strength and flexibility, balance, self-awareness, deep relaxation. With holistic benefits, subtly and noticeably accruing from frequent practice.
Breath is central in the practice..
With techniques that can energise, rejuvenate, detox. Breath can calm our nervous system, quiet our mind, enable us to feel more balanced and help in managing our thoughts and emotions.
Yoga offers a comfortable way in, to sit longer in stillness..
Attention on breath and stretching the body, quiets our mental chatter. While our body and mind are conditioned for more stillness and peaceful experiences in meditative silence.
Trained by Sri Sri School of Yoga at The Art of Living Foundation, Bangalore, India. I learned and lived the holistic Yogic approach to lifestyle. Focusing in nutrition, cleanliness, health and practices for keeping our body moving in all the ways it was intended. Also mindfulness and meditation for more peace and joy.
Yoga for me, is simply about being purely present, peaceful and supporting natural ease in the body and mind, like that of a child.
