Abundance offers techniques and tools for enabling greater wellbeing. Allowing for our natural life-affirming healing in mind and body.
I am Amanda Moxey-Baker. Compassionate, and respectful of each person and their unique journey. I care, and am passionate about enabling people in their own sense of wellbeing. I seek to listen, and respond with Havening Techniques, in supporting of your wellbeing and healing.
I also offer instruction and guidance in Yoga - as mindfulness and movement.
I love learning, being in nature, walking River dog. To read and sing, permaculture garden, cook; spend quality time with family, friends, and adventures outdoors.

Qualifications and Experience
My work has had a focus in supporting women, young people, and Health-care professionals from a variety of sectors.
A Certified Havening Techniques® facilitator since 2019, with previous practices in Raglan and Taranaki, I have worked with clients across New Zealand and overseas.
I am Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, Advanced Yoga Trained (incl. mindfulness). Have taught Yoga for 3 years and practiced for 23.
Experienced in Growth-Mindset, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Belief and Habit Change, Breath-work, Social Permaculture. I continue my studies in CBT, Healing and Health and Wellness.

Here to serve you, I am skilful in considering the whole person, how our thoughts, experiences, lifestyle and nutrition impact our sense of wellbeing. From more than 20 years of seeking how to holistically live well, overcoming personal experiences of grief, anxiety, trauma; and supporting others in their journeys.
With interests in Nutrition, Ayurveda, Natural Health, Silence, Mindfulness, Body energy pathways, Mind-body connection and spiritual healing.. I continue to grow.
Abundance grew from faith in our natural healing ability, given good conditions.
I have a passion for Havening, and Yoga-as-movement, for their wonderful overall outcomes. Havening with specific healing and recovery, and empowering self-wellbeing tools. Yoga for holistic health, strength and personal wellbeing support.
Each can be guided, and shared, for empowerment in personal health. Each offers a unique way to quiet the 'noise' of our bustling world. An opportunity to be for some precious restorative moments, while equipping our mind and body, with new ways to be more naturally.
